Dresses of Hope

Matthew 25

"The King will say to those on his right,'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me some thing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me some thing to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did you see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Dress Patterns

Dresses of Hope   Hi Ladies,
I thought you might be interested in seeing how to make a strap dress. This pattern is a little old but still works. If you are interested I posted instructions.
Sorry for the misspelling. The pictures and writing took forever and now it won't let me go back and correct it.

For a 5T dress the width should be a 15 1/2" (add 1" seam) The length should be 21" (again add 1" for seam.) Also instead of ripping the dress we now sew the elastic in the hem, at the top of the dress.
You can do these kind of straps or you can do a halter top with ribbon.
